  1. Wow, thanks for nothing you guys! I found the power problem. The EGR differential pressure sensor and tubes were stopped up with carbon. This also caused back pressure on the EGR to EGR cooler pipe making that load and whistle. The exhaust inlet temperature sensor was also replaced.
  2. I have a 2008 LEU 613 with the MP7 engine. It hesitates when building boost. You have to throttle at 100%. It builds to 10psi. It will buck a few times when boost goes to 15 or 20 psi. It may fall back to 10 psi, then all of a sudden it will build full boost and go. There are no codes. I replaced EGR. It does have a whistling noise coming from that aggravating pipe at the EGR cooler. Replaced it a couple times already. About two months earlier, I had to replace the EGR cooler, loosing coolant excessively into exhaust. Also replaced the turbo at the same time. There is one thing I noticed, the inlet exhaust temp stays at 32 degrees. I unhooked the exhaust pipe at the muffler. As soon as I did that, it took off like it's suppose to for about 200 feet. I stopped to try again and it was back to same way.....the soot level in DPF is at 65%....Any ideas?
