I had a bad fan clutch and my truck overheated to the point it shot off. I change the engine oil and worked for about 3 weeks. Know it won' start I checked the oil and needed about 6 Ltrs. To bring it to the right level. Where did the oil go in 3 weeks. I checed voltage drop at the starter is ok. batteries are ok. Fill the fuel filters one was empty. Should I expect a serious problem?

I locked my fan clutch by drilling holes and put screws because I found the part to be too expensive in Toronto. What problems should I Expect by doing this?
