  1. Sorry I typed wrong. The truck is a CX. The EGR had been deletedoing and yes those pressures are parked and idled up with cruise control. While running empty it always runs around 30 psi empty and mileage sucks. I guess I'm just used to my 93 CH. Is this normal?
  2. So this is on our '03 E7 427. From the moment we bought it the boost always seems to stay what I this is high whether loaded or empty, 25,000#-90,000#. While trying to research it the other day I noticed while parked if I throttled up the actuator would move and my boost would rise to about 15psi@1400rpm. Is this normal? Could the valve that controls the actuator be stuck open?
  3. If that doesn't work then you may check your boost sensor. We had one go out and it showed little to no boost but it was actually telling the ECM it was over boosting. New sensor fixed it.
  4. I average +50mph on a tank. I travel interstate 65mph idle while loading and unloading. I have a 93 Ch613 with 350 running the same trips and it never gets worse than 5.5mpg even with lower average tank speeds. Also the EGTs have never gotten higher than 800 on the CX.
  5. I've owned this truck for a few years now and still have not been able to get satisfaction out of my dealership which I did not buy from, private sale. Although I have had numerous issues the mileage is the last major still to solve. The truth k has had a few 3 fuel pumps replaced, new turbo, intercooler, the ECM tuned to 500hp and EGR delete with blocker plate. Under full load boost will hit 40psi@1200rpm dropping to ~30psi@2000rpm. It has anever Eaton 9 speed with 4.11 gears and runs 1650rpm@65mph. I can only squeeze 4.9mpg out of it even while averaging 50mph. I'm lost and dealership is no help at all.
