i just recieved the infomation for my truck from the museum. it took just about two months, and well worth the wait.

squid, your truck sounds about like mine, the book says a little over 12000lbs. A friend hauled mine on his 53 foot ramp trailer behind a 3500 chevy duramax, almost 400 miles with no problems.

when the saddle tank on my old dump truck got a pin hole and had a fine powdery rust in it, i used a gas tank sealer that came in a quart can. you pour it in, roll the tank around till all the sides are covered then pour the extra back in the can and save it for the next tank. this stuff would seal small holes and cover any rust that was in the tank. it was safe for gasoline and diesel fuel. i got it from my local napa dealer.

what is the difference between a 61 and a 613? i just bought what the door tag says is a b613 lst. which i think is right do to the aluminum front spring hangers. but the hood says b61. thank you randyjinla
