    I was sold an 885 Chelsea PTO and told it would run at 110% of engine speed. It does not run in neutral and speed changes with gear shifts (higher gear, faster PTO). PTO will turn with front box in neutral and back box in gear. Is this normal or did I get the wrong PTO?
