    Just purchased a tractor and lowboy for our excavating company. 1998 CL713 with a 500 HP E9. Runs good but the turbo is going. Truck will be pulling a 60 ton lowboy. Any suggestions on a replacement turbo? (Replace with stock turbo, or upgrade) We would like to liven the truck up a bit. Also does anybody have names of engine guys that specialize in E9's? Thanks
