A driver with a Class A CDL (plus any appropriate endorsements) can also operate all vehicles included in Class B, C, and D (below)

CLASS B – Includes single or combination vehicles where the GVWR of the single vehicle is more than 26,000 pounds. The vehicle being pulled must not be more than 10,000 pounds. I need to dump the holy water out and conjure up the Hydra 🐉  Maxidyne. Has she been working in vain on this topic for years?

Union knowledge quiz......Anybody tell me how union workers get fired? Facts only, not generalizations about “lazy this”, “useless that”. Some of that’s true, undoubtedly, but how does a union worker ACTUALLY get canned?

At our workplace union members do get fire for stealing, fighting, fail second drug test, fail second alcoholic test, too many accident, not pass the 6 month probation, etc.  In past 10 years 25 members at PennDOT, 4 members at PLCB and 1 member at State Police Troop K  were let go for breaking work rules. The last one that was let go because he fail to renew his state inspection license and another one at PLCB got 5 day suspend  and it comes with a final warning for use profanity  I do hold a title with union which is non pay. For past 18 years I hold the position of  President of AFSCME Local 1952 and work for Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation full time. Local 1952 have a staff that is a VP, Treasurer, 3 members of EB, Recording Secretary and 3 Trustee which all is non-pay position with union

Ok we need to get some facts about the bus incident that happen in Philadelphia. It was not Philadelphia Police that was involved but SEPTA police was involved. SEPTA police is not control by city.   It all start when the bus driver ask someone to use a face a cover and that person refused to cover his face, Prior day or so three SEPTA employee died of the virus and 11 were test positive.  Also Philadelphia Police have 52 officer test positive with one death. That officer and another office that was kill in of duty never got a honor funeral because of virus. There is 80 Philadelphia Fire Fighters that is test positive for virus.  Sorry put that person should be removed  from SEPTA bus because  driver should have the right to be protective Also rember the story of Detroit bus driver that died after someone cough on him.

  4. Why I heard that they do not have clear idea how many pass away, was or now sick or recover. For example in January and February before it became household name.  People thought people pass away because of flu, are sick with flu are recover from flu in fact they may have the virus instead.  Same goes when a person pass away most time they were never test for the virus. One death is too much

  5. I do live in Philadelphia and work for State Government. This what was say by Philadelphia Police Commissioner

During a news conference Wednesday morning, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw addressed the new protocol put in place during the coronavirus emergency calling it "uncharted territory.""To be clear, the Philadelphia Police Department is not turning a blind eye to crime," Outlaw said. "We will continue to enforce all laws."The new protocol's major change involves non-violent offenses."Persons who commit certain nonviolent offenses will be arrested at the scene. Once their identity has been confirmed, they will be released and processed via arrest warrant," Outlaw said.According to Outlaw, this is similar to the 'summons process' that is utilized in many other counties throughout the Commonwealth. She explained if the officer and supervisor believe the individual poses a threat to public safety, the suspect can be taken into custody for immediate processing."Officers will use discretion on how a person is processed," she said. Her message at the press conference echoed a social media post she released in the early morning hours. "In order to balance this approach, personnel from several plain-clothes units have been reassigned to patrol duties to increase police presence and deter crime twenty-four hours a day," Outlaw said in the social media post. The commissioner said this is a temporary response model to protect the officers and the communities from becoming infected or spreading COVID-19. They also allow the department to adjust to "changing availability of resources within other areas of the criminal justice system." "To reiterate," Outlaw said, "criminal offenders will be held accountable for the crimes they commit."

Coronaviruses are a group of viruses that cause diseases in mammals and birds. In humans, the viruses cause respiratory infections – including the common cold – which are typically mild. Rarer forms such as SARS, MERS and the novel coronavirus causing the 2019–20 Wuhan coronavirus outbreak can be lethal. In cows and pigs coronaviruses cause diarrhea. In chickens they cause an upper respiratory disease. No vaccines or antiviral drugs are approved for prevention or treatment.
