that is as hot as it will get ac on all the way over the mountain but seems to warm to me

i have a 98 rd688s with an e7 350 replaced t-stat, fan clutch, oil cooler and radiator cooked out and rebuilt. removed water pump looked ok the truck runs 180 but when loaded on a long pull it gets hot but has never overheated is this normal for macks or do i have a problem? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
