Greetings, My parents named me William, my Marines named me Doc and I am a Mack Truck Junkie. It started with my father's stepdad (the only grandfather I ever knew) who drove Macks for a living. He had over 1 Million accident free miles on the road. He gave me my very first Mack when I was about 6 years old. It was an actual Mack Bulldog from the hood of one of his retired rigs. I still have it more than 40 years later. I collected ANYTHING Mack related (Shirts, hats, patches, mugs, etc.) most of which have been lost to the ravages of time and too many moves during my time in the service. These days I satisfy my Mack cravings by collecting die casts, building models, and attending truck shows.. I'm currently working on an RD model Roll Off Conatiner truck.and I have a Cruiseliner cabover in the paint booth. My own experience driving Macks is limited to Fire Apparatus, I drove an old B 61 based Ladder Truck, a CF based Engine, and an MR based Engine. My depatment sold off the old Macks and we now have ALF and Spartans. Thanks for looking, Doc
