  1. Im haveing alot of trouble with the dpf system on this truck and i have 3 other trucks just like it. They all have a loss of power and when i plug up to it with v-cads pro it show soot levels high. Bruckners says that the particulate filter needs to be cleaned and that they take them off and send them to peterbuilt cause they have the mechine to do it. Idk if its somthing im missing on the pm or what. So when should i change out/clean the particulate filter?

  2. Im working on a 2010 volvo d16. Driver said she was pulling into a truck stop and push in the clutch and she herd a loud pop. now the cluctch is stiff has trouble going into gear, no jake brakes and no cruise control. they are not in the yard yet so i kinda wana have an idea on where to look.

  3. Im working on a d13 volvo. It keeps pulling up fault codes for a nox sensor open circuit, and another code for nox sensor faulty component. One i dont know where the nox sensor is and two idk how big of a job it is? Just wanted to make sure im not going to get into anything to big.

  4. Ok our fleet runs alot of Volvos, and as of late I have been having major trouble with the kingpins going out. Trucks are always out of alignment and istay up on the greasing on my end. We have our alignments done by 3rd party (idk if they are just trying to get money out of us orwhat) but then again i dont know much about the wear and tear time on these things, like how long they should last, how often should i be changing these out? Whats the PM I should be doing on them?

  5. Could be the oil pressure sensor. Unplug the sensor and turn the key if the gauge reads 0 with it unplugged the sensor is bad. The oil pressure sensor on an MP8 is the top sensor behind-rear of the engine ecu. You will see two sensors that look the same the top one is the oil pressure sensor and the bottom one is the crankcase pressure sensor. Those sensor do go bad.

Ok pulled the plug gauge reads 0. I have a sensor here so ima replace it and see what happens.
