    I have a 1996 Mack - Model CH613. Recently changed out transmission and since then have not had the power I once had. There is plenty of fuel to the secondary fuel filter, but none to the primary filter. Could this be linked to transmission change or something totally different? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
