InjectorWhine59

Im currently in the process of restoring a 59 b61 with the end673. i recently filled it with oil and then one of my friends noticed that on the right side near the injection pump there appeared to be a mounting point for something and the bolt holes were leaking oil. I have looked in all the manuals for this truck and i cannot figure out what goes there. I will post a picture of the area if that will help.
