Problem Solved! There was a connection box by the ECU that was disfunctional. Replaced it and the truck started right up no problems.

Im sure we got Fuel. Both tanks are full. And Yes it will start off of Ether.

Help! I have a 2007 mack cxn613 with the Grey Mack engine in it. The truck was running fine and we had the driver go on vacation for 1 week and when we came back the truck will not start. It cranks hard but will not turn over... When we crank it White Smoke comes out the exhaust. The only Yellow lightning bolt code we are getting is 2-9 which is a humidity sensor. ( i do not believe this would stop it from starting). We have primed the lines and pulled them while cranking to make sure the pump is working correctly. The batteries are all new and the voltage is good. Im Kinda dead in the water with idea's. Does anyone have a Troubleshooting checklist or ideas for this situation??

Hello, I got 2007 CXN613 in my shop that wont start. The Truck was running fine and then the driver went on vacation for 1 week came back and now the truck will not run. We have tryed repriming the lines to remove air. The truck is cranking hard and the batteries are all new. We had some luck starting it when we disconnected the EGR valve sensor. It would start up but obviously it would shake badly when you gave it any power. So we bought a new EGR valve... and nothing has changed. We checked all the fuses as well and they are all good. Any Idea's
