I found the folowing numbers: Model 75 and Chassis 75S2338. Someone suggested that it might be a 1942 model????

Hi, I'm sure glad I found this site. I've acquired an old Mack Fire Truck and have put it on eBay as item 180088391893. I think I've attached a picture to this post, but not sure. I thought it was a '36 but friends don't agree so I thought I'd come to the experts. If anyone can help me ID this beauty I'd appreciate it very much. As you can tell I'm a complete novice. Thanks
