  1. I unscrewed the cap actuated the solenoid manually worked just fine. where can i get my hands on a new one?
  2. I think its a 12volt had two 6volt battery's set up parallel to make 12volt. i put new interstate 12volt battery's in the truck one single on the drivers side and two on the passenger side. The one on the passenger side i hooked up as 24volts first, cranked over great but seemed to spin to fast so switched the battery's back to 12volt. worked great for a while then one day went out to start the truck and all i would get was a click from the big solenoid If i kept pushing the start button then both solenoids would kick in then the starter would shutter and try to turn the engine. But assuming i have a bad wire bad solenoid starter is good took it off and checked it. wondering how i can set this system up differently to by-pass this solenoid or where could i find parts. would also appreciate some explanation on how this set up works. Thanks' Jake
  3. I have a Mack B-61 Thermodyne, will only click when the start button is pressed. I did find out where the solinoids are but i have never seen a set up like this https://mail.google.com/mail/ca/?ui=2&ik=626825f0ee&view=att&th=13a3d73a12c23a3f&attid=0.1&disp=thd&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/ca/?ui=2&ik=626825f0ee&view=att&th=13a3d69fb3a84f36&attid=0.1&disp=thd&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/ca/?ui=2&ik=626825f0ee&view=att&th=13a3d78a31633ecd&attid=0.1&disp=thd&zw
