Thanks , if you update the bendix software to the newer version it works with the obd II . We were having problems also hooking up to the newer obd II on are natural gas trucks until the update .

Hard to say , if the problem is not there anymore the system will moniter the issue for a coulpe drive cycles and clear itself I, if not it will derate.

Have seen this a lot lately the def seems to be freezing in the lines and at dose valve causing issues.

Is the malfunction lite coming on ? The engine postion sensor will cause low power..Check the basics lke Challenger says also check your turbo for damage . Have seen a lot of stuff cause low power over the years keep it simple first could be as easy as a failed muffler.

I would put my money on a failed egr cooler.

Cacade dishwashing detergent ,use the liquid form or pre mix some with hot water then add to your cooling system and flush 2-3 times and should be ok .

I run a clear fuel line from fuel return overflow valve at head to the return at fuel filter housing . Look for excessive air in fuel; return this would indicate a cup is leaking combustion into fuel rail/return. Also look for debris at ecu cooling plate inlet and outlet fittings. Inspect overflow checkvalve for damage also , Good luck.
