electrical problem i think?

EDIT: I don't know if this pertains to the problem but also when I go to start my truck it clicks like the battery is dead. The battery is not dead and if you keep turning the key over and over it will finally start. -
Randomly driving down the road my gauges all flicker on and off accompanied by a long beep. Used to be sporadic but lately its been almost constant. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.
