  1. Engine is out of 1m1aw02y0gm052852(MP7 with Mdrive) Wanting to put in 1m1aw02y3bm015299(MP7 with Eaton Autoshift) Both CXU613's
  2. 2011 MP7 with Eaton Autoshift engine went bad. Trying to put MP7 out of 2015 that had a MDrive in. The flywheel interchanges but will not let transmission go all the way in. Likes about an inch before going flush. Seems like pilot bearing is not deep enough in flywheel. Do mdrive and Eaton use same gear housing? What am I not seeing?
  3. And am I overlooking, but is there not an ignition feed for this ecm? Getting back on this tomorrow, but looking over wiring diagram, what cuts it on and off?
  4. The ficm is built into the ecm correct? The older vmac 1 had a separate ficm in passenger kick panel?
  5. fjh I have nozzles out getting checked and will let you know when i reassemble.
  6. Please. Send any diagram! What should unit pumps ohm without any wires hooked to it. If one unit pump went bad would it cause all not to work?
  7. 2005 Mack CXN613 AC-427 ASET
  8. Pure fuel when pumping. Still will not pick it up. I've check Fuse 40 and now have fuse box off looking at backside wiring. Fuse is OK, but cover been missing so not great shape, but should work. All grounds loosened, cleaned and rechecked. Pull nozzles out and sent to fuel shop just to see how they were popping. Decent, but nothing to stop from cranking. Possible to set up some type light to see if unit pumps are firing? Seems like I'm overlooking something really simple.
  9. Wasn't sure where to post in electrical or fuel related. Truck came in will not run. Customer had changed ecm, fuel supply pump, and anything else they could replace. I checked fuel pressure running on starting fluid for a few seconds and it was good. No codes except (when it does run on starting fluid) it will throw every unit pump code. No exhaust smoke. I did change flywheel and cam sensors. It's getting rpm signal when it goes in crank mode. Would a single unit pump shorting out cause this?
