    No, it is always on. The plug is connected; but, the truck threw a belt a couple of months ago and disconnected the plug, which might of damaged it. I don't know how to verify if the fan clutch is working correctly; I do not have a wiring diagram, or a service manual. I will check the condition of the plugs on Monday for dirt and debris.

    I have a CXN613 2005. I'm getting code 10-4 and stored codes 5013-07 m128 and 5211-04 m128. It also has low power. I'm not sure what sensor supply voltage #2 means.
