  1. Ken I have the 800/900 watt two stroke generator I bought back at Christmas. It works good and is quiet when using my camper. No I wouldn't want to use it for heavy continuous work but for a power source fir your trailer why not. For my home operation I bought a predator 7000/8750 max generator and it powers my whole home no problem. Had it about 5 years works great. The girls lost power for about 19 hrs during sandy and no problem.

  2. Well, I now have hot water in the camper. A little shot of pb blaster in the inlet, some "friendly" taps from my small ball peen hammer , a few more " friendly" taps topped off with a pinch of profanity and we have a working gas regulator for the hot water. Yay me. Now a good cleaning and were ready for macungie.

  3. I thought about that Ed but this one is specific for the unit as it supplies both the water heater and the furnace. Hate the thoughts of having to pay dealer price for a new one grrr.

  4. I haven't been on much the site much do to being extremely busy and other factors so greetings from south central Pennsylvania . Was getting my camper ready for macungie today and could not get gas through the regulator for the water heater. Loosened the gas line fitting going into the regulator and have gas there. So my guess is the regulator is stuck. Tried tapping on it no good, tapped a little hArder still no good. Any tricks you know of to free this thing up or is it cold showers at macungie and gerharts? Thinking a new regulator us 2-300.00 bucks and I'm to cheap to buy one when I only use the camper twice a year. Thanks for your input.

  5. That one I had needed the touch of a good metal worker . Took him about a year to get it done but there was very little filler used. He cut all new panels and welded them in and smoothed the seams and just used a glaze coat of filler to make it smooth. He sold that van at spring Carlisle for 8g's

  6. You got that right! Maybe they should put big steel bumpers on them now and call them rookie bars. Btw stopped at the TA in milldale ct yesterday and watched a CTW driver go through the Lot on the wrong side then out the in side at the shack then park in the no parking zone along side the shop.
