1960 Mack Model B85

I have been asked by a client to check out a starting problem on a 1960 Mack, Model B85, can someone tell me if the came out with a 12V electrical system and positive earth? it is wired up this way.

The truck has just been imported in from the States.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

hello i am new i want some one to help me with somthing...what can cause a e6 4 valve to loose its compression.....
