Help sizing pump for detach

Hello all. I have a talbert non ground bearing detach that I'm adding a pony motor and pump too. I found a two stage 15gpm 3000psi pump I was thinking about getting but thought I would ask for some input from the group first. Maybe someone has already been down this road and offer some insight. My idea was to mount that pump to a 13hp motor and have a 10 gallon reservoir tank.
