Will the "air intake temp/humidity sensor" make the truck derate?

I have a 2007 Mack granite MP7,  the idler pulley locked up yesterday and shredded the belt.  I got it put back together and now the truck is derated and I can't figure out why.  The only code is MID 128  PID 354 FMI 5 which is the air intake humidity sensor.  Will this sensor derate the truck?  Thanks.
