I'm new here so bear with me

I have a 1953 B 42 P that up to 4 years ago was a daily driver in Queens New York

The inside of the cab has a gold /tan paint job that includes seat frames and every detail

In some places I can see where the paint has come off over the years that the Mack green is underneath

The way this is painted was there at any time that Mack painted some interiors gold/tan due to 53 being the first year?

The paint job seems so complete that I don't understand why a private company would go thru the effort of repainting the complete interior

If it turns out that it is a private repaint what is the green paint code and where can I locate some?

Just a brief intro: own a 1953 B42P that up to my purchase 4yrs ago was a daily driver in Queens, New York. Took me 5 1/2hrs home (max speed 40-45mph) in a snow storm, but the old girl didn't miss a beat.
