if you look at the 2 pueuclid green machine on the pad there a loader and a push dozer the loader is 1 of 2 prototypes and the push dozer is 1 of 1 prototypes needlees to say we dont work them much incase something brakes. most other machines we can make parts or shoehorn something to work curently working on a few cranes a 26 northwest and 29 korehing probably one in a very few left serviving or maybe the last but thats why we try to keep them

  2. that is a 1ffd euclid powered by 2 6-71 gm diesel engines with allison powershift 3 speed i think one engine to power each axel. if you go on youtube there is a video of it pulling at a local ox roast my dad is driving.

i think my brother is driving this one now down the haul road

  3. larry the more i think about it we have met before last yearish the NEO chapter meeting at the train museum in mentor i think i ate lunch across the table from you. sorry vinny no U models think there is a DM hanging round somewhere along with a LJ. its been a few years sence i have made it to the show been out west the past 3 but i worked there all through high school and am back working there putting the their second plant together hope to see a few of you there

  4. Middlefield,Oh wow thats almost in my back yard i live only 20 miles west.

During the growing season, I do the same with a couple of weeds that sprout next to a shipping container. This past year, when I first started, I burned all the leaves off the weed and I thought I killed it, but then that damn thing took off like a rocket on my firepower pee fertilizer and grew twice as fast.

must be diffirent kinds of pee because the past years on harvest peeing out back behind the camper seems all i could do is make a large dead spot where i took a leak every morning. back in the shop durring the cold Minnesota winters used to pee on the dumpster to see if i could freeze it down before they come back for trash collection next week never suceeded at that one.

  5. i can remember the first time i loaded a over the road truck with that 475 i was stockpileing sand and just happened to be in the Wrong spot at the right time. a scoop and a pinch and she was full ended up putting 28 ton on he only wanted 26 but i thought that was pretty good hard to feather things in when you cant see much.

  6. well i cant seem to upload the photoi want to but i have one of me standing infont of a 475b michigan wheel loader as my facebook profile pic but cant get it up here. spent many hours in a 275 b or c when i worked at the gravel pit heading there tonight i try to get some pics of the beast for you probably a little newer then yours. i always have had an intrest in this big old heavy iron for some reason.

  7. does anyone know if its possible for them to make a double frame thinking of getting some new frame rails for the B 81 but would like to see both frames brought back not really sure what to do with the inner one if i just get a single frame.

    thanks

  8. tim that is a 1946 unit 514 with a 3-71 gm diesel. it is the best thaing to have a crane around the farm you can pick up and move anything.

not sure what i am doing with the trucks thinking of using one of the rear axels and frames for my b 81 i will have to take some pictures and send to you when the weather gets better to see if there is anything you can use on that l cab its pretty rough a;long the floor in the back. i may have a line on a much better L cab if that motor will turn i might put on i like them L models.

  9. i have started in on my B 813 getting things removed to get ready to paint. as i am taking my front fenders i realized the right and the left are completly diffirent. i have been looking through pictures and there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what truck has the diffirent fenders does anyone have an explination. i have a set of reproductions i was hoping to use but looks like i may only get to use one. i took a few pics to explain the diffirence.

    thanks

this is the right two piece fender that i have seen on all the B 80 series

  10. well i am finally home and settled in. i am again working on my b813 that some of you have maybe seen what i am really looking for is a rear axel for it. right now it has a tandem with 8.15 gear ratio. the main thing i dont like is it is donated from a diffiernt truck with a shorter frame rail and i dont care for how they tapered everything down. so i would like to find a original mack single axel i belive it is supposed to be a 38k torque arm single in this truck. anybody have one kicking around would perfer it to be a cutoff as i need some frame rail too but i could always find that somewhere else

    thanks guys

  11. first time here just looking for some info. recently bought a B813x1001. it is kinda in rough shape in some respects. it had a 5+2 with a 3 spd aux behind that that was removed and the driveshaft stretched with pipe and not a good way. the cab needs a drivers window and some body work. but it runs pretty good. i belive it has a newer motor but cant seem to read the tags behind the turbo. the frame has afew rough spots and being it was a single axel from the factory i am thinking of finding and returning it to a single axel being i have to do something to get away from 8.15 rear ends.would also like to re install the aux. and of corse paint and chrome it up. what would i be looking for to have a semi-orginal single rear axel. for now i want to put my flatbed on it to get her on the road and eventually return to a tractor with the oil feild winch. i will try a pic for you guys. thanks for the help.
