thanks guys! how difficult is it to rebuild a water pump on one of these? or should i say to find the parts to rebuild an h2o pump?

hey guys, another newbie on yer boards! i'm a volunteer fireman at our local department where we have a 1934? mack firetruck that our muster team runs. needless to say...it could use a little hAlp! i've volunteered to spearhead the task. i'm not new to automotive forums,i'm a VW enthusiast, so i know there is a wealth of knowledge here. <---why i signed up!

i have turned a few wrenches on a trucks as well!
