Engineering, and vehicle restorations, which I’ve been involved in since I could walk and hold a tool, thanks to my Dad who has restored anything from Steam engines, boats, cars trucks, motorcycles and even horse drawn carts.
I’ve always had an interest in American built vehicles especially old Mack’s and Peterbilt’s, and I also have had a few Harley’s over the years currently own a 1977 FXE.
    I’ve owned Land-Rovers since I was a kid and currently own a 1951 80” and a 1985 90”

  1. Hi, I’ve just bought a 1943 Mack NM6 6x6 in the UK, which is in need of full restoration. I am after some information regarding the vehicle identification number plate that would normally be found on the glove box, however it’s missing, and so would like to know if anyone has any photos of one so that I can get a reproduction made. Or does anyone know if they are available? As you can see in the photos, the glove box is missing, but the winch data plate next to it is still there.
