  1. Thank you for responding. I've been using a test light instead of a volt meter, so I'll try the meter next, but can confirm that the fuse in F7 is good, and has power to it (via test light), but cannot confirm the voltage. We also have power to pin 30 as well, we just can't get power to pin 85.
  2. We're trying to figure out why our 2015 Pinnacle wont start. We've got power from the battery to the starter, the cab lights up, and turning the key to the on position turns on the dash and you can hear the various relays/circuits cycling. We have also verified that the engine hours are showing in the trip info screen, which should mean the ECU is communicating with the truck. However, when we turn the key to the ignition position, nothing happens. The F7 fuse in the center dash is good, and we've tracked it down to Relay 36, where pin 85 is not getting power when we turn the key to the ignition position. At the same time, if we try to send 12 volts to the starter solenoid, we still cannot get the truck to turn over. Does anyone know where we should start?
