King pin wear at early stage

It's s 3 1/2" pin, and the load is not exceeding it's rate, the load is about 140-150 klbs -
Hello Every one, We have a Mack Granite GR64BTX, tractor with Troutriver live bottom trailer. Gross weight is almost 100 ton. We are facing an issue with the King pin, which wear at early stage, the attached photos happend after 10 days from installation, 10000 miles. Fifth wheel type is Holland, and no problem with the calibration of the fifth wheel. Has anyone ever faced such issue? Please help.

Error codes on GR64BTX 2023

Thanks for the comment. We have successfully connected the Acom Bendix ro the truck, and erased the codes. Simply error codes are gone. As for the pressure sensors, we have replaced them before and still nothing happened. -
Hello I have two error codes on my truck as seen in the attached, I tried to use the Acom but its no help I can't connect through VOCOm ii or DB xl, I replaced the ABS ECU and both brake sensors SP1, SP2 But it's no use, I'm still having the same issue. Can any body help please
