    Kreager's post in T2180 won’t stay in low range was marked as the answer   
    Update - after some more troubleshooting we finally have a fix. The shifter knob was the problem. Frustrating because I couldn’t hear any air leaks coming from the knob. Replaced it and we’re back in business.
