I have a 02 e7 427 injector pulse width 1/3/and 6 do you think I have a ecm issue or unit pump? And can you swap it to a 460 ecm plug n play?

I timed it to 19 degrees changed lines pump 10 % it runs great couldn't be happier was worth it i used a pump lock to time mine grey to black smoke and purrs -

My ol e6 took a shit so I bought a e7400 v mac and made it mechanical but I'm having issue with injection timeing I set it at 18 btdc and it seems to run and pull ok any one know the exact timing for 91 e7 mech the econovance says 8 degrees any help would awesome. Thank you.
