Thank you so much for all your help. I disassembled bottom half today and cleaned all the parts and greased 2 oring and rubber washer. Done no more air leaks. I will get the rebuild kit next week for backup in case it leaks again later on. Again thank you all of your inputs and saved me couple hundred dollars.

No delivery port on that valve I can test for backfeeding. I’m the diagram there are two delivery ports but one got closed off and other one connect to other valve by metal pipe.

I’m having this relay value leaking air from the bottom ( picture attached). Checked the valve with Mack dealer is around $600. Does anyone had experience with this issues? I saw one guy on YouTube saying replace the quick release valve first…. My truck is 2016 CXU613 . Thanks much.

I need to refill my ac system. Can anyone let me know how much Freon I need to fully filled up? Mine is with sleeper. Also R-134a is the right one for it ? I’m tried to find the stickers on the truck but couldn’t locate it anywhere. Thanks much.

Can anyone confirm if this is the oil supply line to compressor ? My is leaking oil where it connects to the engine. Is this will be a straight forward replacement of just loosing two nut at each end then swap out with the new line ? Any oil will be pouring out …? Thanks for all the help.

Thanks much. 3 dealers having a hard time provide out the part# so I can’t cross reference anything that’s why I posted here for help.Also would you happen to know the torque specs for the valve cover bolts ?
