never had it over that though.
it was good on the road, but with those gears sucked off road.
was also tough on the clutch trying to take off on an uphill grade loaded from a stop.
4.42 should be very low geared my concern was if it would even reach 75 without being maxed on rpms

Thanks for the reply I'm not sure on the overdrive its 3 hrs away and I haven't seen it in person yet just trying to get a rough idea

Looking at a 2007 CV713 Granite dump truck to buy has a E7 non emissions 8LL Eaton Trans with 4.42 rears ratio does anyone have any idea what type hwy speeds and rpm range I'd be looking at with 4.42's ?
