I’ll be moving to Ohio and looks like I’ll have to take a road trip down there after I get settled.

Forum isn’t giving me notifications so I didn’t know people were commenting, and Christmas and 11” of snow while prepping my house to sell makes me a bit busy.
I have put 11R-24.5 Radials on and aluminum wheels on the rear outers and it made a HUGE improvement having 10 ROUND tires on it. Lolstill need to hustle some for the front.
Been collecting parts as fast as I can get my hands on them, 2 Donaldson air cleaners to get rid of the antique Oil-Bath, Chelsea PTO, Merritt steps, Steering wheel that’s in one piece, Holset HT3B turbo and a Pulse Manifold off a BC4, complete spare Bostrom West Coaster seat so I can rob the shock off it as mine is blown out, antique aluminum U-Haul rooftop box that will fit behind the AC unit.
At one point the axle set was moved back 14” and the truck re-rated, took 4 days and a pile if now broken 1/2” drill bits but I moved the 5th wheel assembly back to match, mounted a Gooseneck, a class-5 receiver, have a large Pintle but haven’t had time to fabricate the mount yet.
Biggest priority is changing the truck to Negative Ground electric system as I have a mountain of parts from back up cam to inverters to install.

Very cool looking truck,! Any specific plans for it?
Just making it as nice and as reliable as I can for now, after I move to Ohio middle of next year I’ll be able to really get into it.

My name is John, I recently purchased a 1968 FL763LST and have been putting a lot of work into it.
found it setting in a field in Pasco for more than 20 years, started it, replaced the fuel filter, rewired half the console in a parking lot after getting 6” of mouse house out that once was the sleeper mattress.
Then drove it home to outside Olympia on 10 Nylon tires from the mid 80s that felt Square the whole way.- 6

Hello from Washington

Just drove the truck 900 miles in 2 days to pick up an old Dorsey moving trailer to redo.
Will be living quarters in the front and garage in the rest of it for all the motorcycles.
Trailer will need completely re-skinned but it’s dry inside and the framing is solid.
