Recently bought 2007 CHN613 wIth E7 engine,get juice round solenoid on firewall but not to starter solenoid.Can start truck with jumper from battery.Any ideas?Thanks in advance

2007CHN613,get juice to firewall solinoid but not to starter solinoid.Can Start with jumper from Battery to starter solinoid,any suggestions.I know I can wire around and make work.
