No Bro I said , hub itself weighs a ton thats the rest of the problem but you can't change that,Get a new fan an check to see if the upper bracket is missing!I am not sure on your truck either but if there is a nub sticking up on the housing with a threaded hole in it it is lkly to have a bracket on it!
The company i work for had same problem on a E7 460 sometimes several bolts fell out within a few minutes. we changed parts one at a time trying to find problem, first went to plastic fan which is an update, then lower pulley and finally harmonic balancer which cured issue. the bracket is very important try to find it and make sure itis there. also when bolting down pump hand tighten all bolts then tighten oil cooler bolts first then water pump bolts if not housing will crack every time. also new water pump with pulley work better for us. dont know if this will help just some ideas to consider.

the company i work for had a similar problem with their cl's it turned out to be the fuel tanks had rotated and put a kink in fuel hoses both the pickup and return hose we rotated the tanks to remove kinks and problem disappeared.

how about shifting a two stick with one arm through the steering wheel and using two hands? yipee! until you hit a bump that is. double clutching of course.

the relay for those lights get a ground through the turn signal like switch like as you thought check terminals in relay box under hood they very prone to corrosion in my experience it is either relay box or turn signal switch

you might look into hendrickson walking beam pad suspension. i worked for a company that hauls off road for a mineral extraction from solar evaporation. it is not uncommon for gross weight to exceed 130,000 pounds gross in a single belly dump trailer. they tried camelbacks but too many broken springs. hendricksen susp. is pretty well bulletproof for heavy haul and rough roads. they maintain traction extremely well.Im new to this and not real sure what im doing but i have a question about air ride vs camelback . is it true that air ride dumptrucks tend to get stuck more often than camelback dumptrucks . the dumptrucks were my fathers and he passed away two years ago from cancer . there are so many things i wished i had asked him . my mother and myself are trying to run the business now and im now the one responsible for buying a new truck. we have 2 haul trucks that are gettting up there in miles they have a long enough wheel base but are both air ride suspension we had thought about making them dumptrucks but have no experiance with that type susp. we always had camelbacks. any comments please let me know. thanks sorry its so long -
AS TITLE SAYS ON MY 97 CH613. I WAS WOUNDERING IF SOMEONE HARE CAN CONFIRM IF I'M RIGHT OR WRONG OR, IF THERE IS A OTHER SOLUTION TO THIS PROB THAT IS NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. WHEN TRUCK IS IDLE AT 600 FOR MORE THEN 5 MIN IT PUSHES ANTIFREEZE OUT TO TOP TANK THEN IT GOES TO THE OVERFLOW TANK AND FINALLY SHOOTS OUT THRU A SMALL HOLE IN PLASTIC CAP. WHEN I IDLE AT 1000 AND ABOVE OR JUST DRIVE IT, THEN I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH OVERHEATING NOR LOOSING ANTIFREEZE. I HAVE REPLACED A WATER COOLER, A TOP TANK CAP, TOOK A THERMOSTAT OUT, FLUSHED A SYSTEM AND CHECKED A RADIATOR FOR LEEKS. EVERYTHING IS NORMAL, THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE NOT DONE IS THE HEAD GASKET. IF THERE IS OTHER WAY OF FIXING IT WITHOUT REPLACING A HEAD GASKET THEN PLEASE HELP.
I DON'T HAVE A TIME AND MONEY TO INVEST IN THIS TRUCK AT THIS TIME, IT DRIVES NORMAL WHEN RPM'S ARE ABOVE 1000.
THANKS, RAF.
check thermostat see if there is a bleeder hole in it and that it is installed facing up
