    Truck is hard to start in the morning. Like it has air in fuel system. Takes about 30-40 seconds of cranking to start. Once truck is running it runs and pulls great.Truck has 233000 miles on it. Is there common issues with these? Also has air restriction code even air filter is clean. Thanks
