hello all.
My names jim, I started trucking in a 1969 ford t8000 dumptruck, back in 1978. Most of the dumptrucks were mack or ford so i've been around mack trucks most of my life. I love the style of the older trucks, to me its like rolling artwork. I've been looking for a 351 pete to restore then changed my mind to a 53 kw, then I saw a mack LTL, they sure are nice looking trucks, just out of my price range. Anyway i've found a mack to buy and i'm getting the fever so hopefully i'll have the truck soon, and I'll take some pictures before I do anything to it.

that old ford can take it, as long as it set up right. hauled a lot of dirt with ford dumps, their good trucks.
