  1. We bought it from a guy we knew in July 2012, started tearing down in August 2012 worked every night until 12am/1am. Went to painter thanksgiving 2012, got it back mid December and was balls to the wall til march 2013, we finished about 2 days before MATS. Then we drove it to randtoul truck show in July and then chrome shop mafia in September 2013. We showed this year at MATS again and just ready for another project. Always wanted to build a bad r model and now it's time to do a superdog, we have so many ideals and if we get the chance it will blow this r model away. Gotta sell this first. It was such a fun project, but don't get me wrong I cussed this truck every night I worked on it, after 27 years bolts and truck parts don't like to come a part. You couldn't go to the store and buy stuff to fit this truck all had to be fab or made to fit. Putting full fenders on spring suspension was a chore, knowing how far it drops after being loaded or how much axle move over RR crossing, holes, ditches Ect... Only exhaust going under cab that I have ever seen on an r model. Like I said it was fun. I have a few pics of truck before and after but have to find them. It went so fast and hard that we just didn't think about pics

  2. Yes it doesn't have a/c belt...we finished this truck right before last years MATS show and it didn't cross our minds at the time of completion...the a/c worked when we tore it down for restoration and will make sure it works when sold! Also everytime I got a chance to enjoy driving it, it was colder than a well diggers ass outside! LOL

  3. Thanks for the compliments on the truck, price is high, but we spared no expense in the restore. I am very picky and if it was scuffed, scratched, ticked or broken it got fixed with new. Everything on paint, rears springs frame cab hood got clear coated. motor is reman with 25k miles on it. Strong and tight like a brand new one.......gotta sell so I can build my next favorite truck, THE SUPERPOOCH with a 36inch flattop
