ok ive got 2 trucks that are the year apart. one has 07 emissions and the other has 10 emissions. can you swap the motors around and just install the ecm and emissions over to the other block. talked to mack and the motors are just one number away. it was made on a split year

find the fuel shut off on the pump. Is there an air line going to a air cylinder with 2 wires on the bottom. this is the electric fuel shut off you can disconnect the air line and see if that fixes it. there is normally a kyzor control box mounted under the dash. if had them go haywire and do odd things.

check the bolt on the output yolk if it is loose it will make it grind. I've had them back out several times and it goes away as long as you don't drive it to long with it loose..

check the drums thay might be glased over.. the angle of the slacks are very inportan. If the slack goes over 90 it will affect the stopping... one more thing.. how does the pedal feel. if it is like stepping on a brick it is bad...
