I have worked on a bunch of newer Volvo A25D off road dump trucks and the motors are almost identical to what's in my mack trucks. They eve sound the same!

What should the fuel delivery/supply pressure read on a mp7 fully loaded in a hard steady pull. My reading on computer is 96 psi give or take a few.

Try unplugging the turn signal switch and see if that changes anything. I have a lot of problems very similar and it always turns out to be a bad turn signal switch.
