  1. Greetings to all! I'm looking for a Zenith Carb for a 1960 B Model that our Fire Department owns. Ours went swimming thanks to Hurricane Katrina and well, there's just no help for it. I know this isn't a lot of info for the truck, I just came across the site trying to search for some stuff and figured I'd pop a question in right quick. I'll try to dig up some more info and post back soo

Call State Line Mack 1-603-585-6531 and ask for Jean

Global Truck Traders at 1-603-239-7008 ask for Al

  2. the base is different!

Might know where one is will not know till this weekend but I think I remember seeing one on a old junk truck at the mack garage.

what are they worth so I can offer the guy something for it?

  3. neat looking truck! Is it running and driving?

Yes just waiting for portland glass to finish cutting the windshields.

Going to start body work as soon as I can get the boat out of the garage

Do you know by chance how many where made in this style?

Also where is there a source for parts

    Thanks Greg

  4. Hi There,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I might locate a Tachometer that would go in the 3 gauge panel on the pump panel area of my 1942 mack Type 80 LS. The current one is unreadable. Thanks for any help you might be able to offer.

    go to www.bobsspeedometer.com

    or call 1-800-592-9673

    They do restoration work

  5. Thank you

I have all the info from the mack museum.

Truck needs paint it is red right now

has 2 holes in rear fenders and needs windshield glass broken by kids with rocks.

Also siren and bell is missing

I will post some pics of what it looks like when I found it.
