It was owned by Severson Transport of Edgerton,Wis. for 40 years! Started out life as a 1957 B-61T.Was converted to an R using the Mack BCR kit in '68. It finished up life as a yard dog 4 years before I bought it in 2001. Thanks for your comments.

Yes it is still titled as a '57 B-61T.The tag just gets installed on the R driver's door.I actually bought it for parts to use on a '58 B-61LT I was working on.It was too rare to cut up,so I restored this one instead of the B! The parts(at the time) were fairly easy to get and not too expensive in 2001 when I bought it.I hear its a different story today.I don't know how many old Macks end up as yard trucks. We know why,BECAUSE THEY LAST!!!
