Yeah, I guess if you weren't going out on the highway, it wouldn't matter too much.

I do remember once, when I was a kid, seeing a D6 sitting on the side of the road next to a 2-axle lowboy trailer.  Seems he had not chained it down "because he wasn't going far".  But, it was a curvy, rough mountain road.  And, somehow, it slid or bounced off.  My dad knew the guy, and stopped and helped him get it loaded back up.  Funny the things you remember...and the stuff you can't!
