Not to be discouraging but I think you could purchase a complete engine, (core, or runner) for what all the parts to build one would cost. I've done a couple in the past and it's a great platform for a B-6X series conversion, but good parts are getting hard to come by.

That would be my opinion. I would look for a later variant myself like a 300+, (ETAZ673A) or E6-350. and have your injection pump recalibrated to "Maxidyne" settings of which you now have.  Again they are getting scarce but finding individual parts to completely build the platform can be done, but it's kind of expensive.

Again, just my opinion.
