The Australian truck was at the ATHS show in York about 5 years ago then it spent some time at the Mack Museum before being driven back out west.  It was neat to see in person.  Mike.

very interesting story,,,,,thanks for sharing,,,,and yes the industry could use alot more like that,,,,,most of these people these days,,,,i wouldnt hire them to rake leaves........nevermind a millian dollars worth of equipment and freight,,,,,this may sound really wierd,,,,but it seems lately in my company,,,new hire ladys,,,seem to do a better job than guys..seems more males  these days ,dont wanna do anything,they just want a paycheck...lol..bob

Here is a picture of Dan and Tex at the ATHS Salem OR show. Dan is everything Mike described. I remember him saying that the E-9 in his truck had the latest revised block just before the E-9 ended production?
