I serviced my boss's 2008 Mack tri axle dump and I found the crankcase vent unit is leaking oil pretty bad . I hoping someone could tell me if I just need to change the unit or it could be blow by Thanks Steve

We have tried putting o-ring kits in the CCV blow by filter spinner thing . But they usually still leaks oil so we now replac the complete unit. It kinda high dollar I believe, around a grand I think.

Make sure it is not leaking from gasket where the ccv meets the block. Mine had a really bad leak from there, not the orings on the ccv. Quick easy replacement.
