charlytrucking Posted March 6, 2019 Share Posted March 6, 2019 Help please my truck is been doing this first time morning try to start only does clik clik sometimes 1 or 2 times and then start but today just keeping ckil and cklic and won't start i can hear tha cklik on my dashboard my truck has a new starter alternator and new batteries i try to start my truck straight from starter but only crank no start ...i need to open my key switch to start the truck from starter or what else could be the problem tanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JoeH Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 Sounds like a relay gone bad. Relay clicking in the dash is not transmitting power through. Probably needs to be replaced. fjh Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 EDP checK for the fuse panel being greened out left hand kick panel pull fuese and relays one by one and check em!
