Trans input shaft:

Recommended Posts

I'm in need of an input shaft for a Fuller RT-9509A transmission with a "push" style clutch. All of the "push" style clutch input shafts have been discontinued from Fuller with only the "pull" types still available. Nothing wrong with the trans which is set up for an SAE #2 bell and 14" twin disc "pull" type clutch. Original Fuller part numbers for the needed input shaft could be: A-5569, A-5599, A-5600, or A-5601. These were differing sizes in 1.50", and 1.75" setups. No problem either way for this application if someone could convert those to aftermarket I'd be grateful.

A buddy is wanting this for his one ton Dodge and he has a brand spankin new, (not rebuilt) B5.9 industrial engine with a #2 bell and starter but an incorrect flywheel for the clutch setup I have. I'm approaching this from several angles to marry the two up but would like to use this nine speed as I've been harboring it just about 16 years now and am continuing to reclaim shop space by eliminating the clutter.
