1973 Brockway 359 dump

Recommended Posts

Snagged this old junk yesterday. Sitting at least 10 years it took me most of the day yesterday to get it running and moving. Hopefully have it home this weekend.

Yeah, it doesn't look all rusted out like a lot of the steel cab trucks! Good find.

This is quite amazing to me

Like the reverse alarm,  have never seen a Brockway or a reverse alarm like that in the flesh so to speak

Great stuff and thanks for sharing

Looks like-at least judging by the gear shift a 10 speed RR?   Wonder if this thing started life as a tractor?

Rt915 was originally a twin stick air shift. Don't think they hooked up the low.

Since you have two 359's now, it is officially a collection!

Mine is a 1969 Brockway E359T (671 and a RT-910).

In that second video, was that a cold start? Looks cold outside, if it started that well cold, I'd say it's a good one.

Haven't seen one of those manual backup alarms in years.
